Founder & Director

Nathan Poland has worked in the electrical industry since 1998 and holds Master Electrician licenses in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine, as well as a Journeyman license in Massachusetts. He serves on the New Hampshire Electricians’ Board and is an Education Committee Member of the Electrical Contractors Business Association (ECBA). With a background in electrical education as a high school instructor and former director of a New Hampshire night apprenticeship program, Nathan founded ATS in 2019 to modernize apprenticeship training through flexible, fully online instruction that helps apprentices balance work, education, and life while maintaining high standards for journeyman exam preparation.
